Site Survey: We will identify the proper placement for your point of sale system and determine the need for data wiring. In meanwhile our tech team planning the installation, we will collect all important data needed for a complete and successful installation.
Data Cabling: You as a customer can feel free to choose to provide all the needed network cables or you can choose our professional data cabling service that includes data cable termination, broadband router, firewall and switch installation including patch panel installs and terminations.
Equipment Installation: We will install your point of sale equipment, mounts, peripherals, software and all networked devices.
Training and Support: During or after the installation, our professional training team will train all users on how to fully work with the system. Users will also be educated in how to contact our support department and use the 24/7 Online Support which is embedded in our system.
1 Year 24/7 Support: Although our POS system is very stable and yet versatile, users might find it convenient and great to have access to our Online Support 24/7 which the user can contact directly though the POS system if any question or problem occur. Our well experienced service team will respond immediately and assist the user. Upon the expiration of the service year, our customers are free to extend for another year for a limited charge.
